The overall menu this year is under the motto "Old Saas Valley Customs". The chefs Philip Schnabel from Hotel Schweizerhof, Phillipp Höppler from Hotel Walliserhof Grand-Hotel & Spa and Hotel The Capra will also be there this year. The Gourmet Trail is an easy hike through forests and meadows with seven stations prepared in nature. One course is served per station and one chef is responsible for each.
The route starts at Hannig in Saas-Fee, but is also secret. The visitors are divided into groups of maximum 20 people and start delayed between 10 am and 1 pm. Depending on the speed of the group and the length of the breaks, the hike takes 4 to 5 hours. The group division takes place in the apron, the starting times are communicated to the participants in the apron.
