Appetizer platter with smoked salmon, beef tartare and goat's cheese in a crispy alpine herb coating, served with garlic bread

Main course: Hawaiian Cordon Bleu served with seasonal vegetables and Williams potatoes or French fries

Dessert selection featuring 3–4 different sweet creations. Guests will be asked on site whether the selection suits their preferences. Alternative desserts are available upon request.
