FAQ demand-based prices

In a demand-based pricing model, ski pass prices are continuously recalculated based on expected and actual demand, as well as the weather forecast. In any case, the earlier you book your pass, the lower the price. The price displayed is always the best available price at that moment. It will not drop any further during the selected time period.

The demand-based pricing model caters to a variety of price sensitivities. It allows us to reward early bookers, reduce wait times at the ticket counters, and optimally manage capacity at the ski resort. This pricing model is also successfully used in other industries, such as air travel, car rentals, hotels, taxis, train tickets, and spas, and many people have already encountered it.

  • Early-bird discounts: Families can book their ski passes in advance and save money. This makes planning a ski vacation easier and often more affordable than in previous years. Thanks to our demand-based pricing model, we offer advance-purchase prices reminiscent of those from about 20 years ago, which is a particular relief for families.
  • Flexibility: You can choose whether you'd like to book early and save money or book at the last minute and stay flexible.

Prices vary depending on expected and actual demand. If demand for ski passes is high on a particular day, the price goes up. In any case, the earlier you book, the lower the price. Prices are reset daily and take into account factors such as demand and the weather forecast. If you book early, you’ll benefit from attractive prices even on popular days.

No. The price shown for a day of skiing is the best available and will not go any lower. Prices are calculated once a day and remain unchanged throughout the day. It doesn't matter whether you buy the ticket in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Prices are calculated based on factors such as expected and actual demand, as well as the weather.
