WinterCARD 2018/19 - Information about your season pass
The WinterCARD is the season ticket for the Free Republic of Holidays Saas-Fee, valid from 1 November 2018 for the 2018/19 winter season and can be used in the ski resorts of Saas-Fee, Saas-Grund, Saas-Almagell and Saas-Balen. Here you will find all the information and answers to the most frequently asked questions about your WinterCARD.
My WinterCARD is no more valid. Where can I get my new season pass?
For Saas-Fee and Saas-Almagell, the season pass can be purchased at www.magicpass.ch. The season pass for Saas-Grund can be ordered at www.hohsaas.ch. There is no seasonal destination pass for winter 2019/20.
I have the 3-year WinterCARD which is still valid for winter 2019/20. Can I use my WinterCARD throughout the Saas Valley?
Yes, the valid 3-year WinterCARD remains valid throughout the Saas Valley.
Where can I buy a WinterCARD?
The WinterCARD was only sold until 4 November 2018. No WinterCARDs are currently available separately. However, you can book our WinterCARD Package and still benefit from the popular WinterCARD.
What do I need my voucher for?
The voucher contains the personalised code for your WinterCARD(s). You can use it to collect your WinterCARD(s) at a collection terminal (AlpinExpress or tourist office in Saas-Fee) or at the ticket counter of the mountain railways (Saas-Fee, Saas-Almagell, Saas-Grund).
Where can I find my voucher?
If you log in with your account at https://www.saas-fee.ch/shop/en/customer/account/login/, you will find the field "Detail" under "My WinterCARD's". You can download your voucher there.
Where can I change the personalisation of my WinterCARD (only possible before the WinterCARD has been produced)?
If you log in with your account at https://www.saas-fee.ch/shop/en/customer/account/login/, you will find the field "Detail" under "My WinterCARD's". There you can edit your WinterCARD(s).
I can't log in (lost my password)
Go to https://www.saas-fee.ch/shop/en/customer/account/login/ and click on "Forgot password" to reset your password. If this does not work, send an e-mail to email@example.com.
