Winter hike

Option 1 (downhill): Take the Hannig lift up the mountain. Keep right at the exit and start the hike at the checkpoint.

Option 2 (uphill): Start at the checkpoint at the bottom station of the Hannig lift and climb the mountain on foot.

A winter hike with a difference! Start your hike at the checkpoint by Hannig mountain station and head for the second checkpoint at Hannig valley station, where you scan your ski pass to record your time. You can also do the hike in reverse, and go uphill rather than downhill.

The Adrenaline Winter Hike is a nature-lover’s dream. Here you can enjoy the glorious winter landscape while also gaining points to improve your ranking. However, your hike is not all a walk in the park – with a short sprint at the close you have a good opportunity to position yourself at the top end of the ranking.

With the Adrenaline Winter Hike, you can choose to complete an uphill or downhill hike. For the downhill variant the hike begins up at Hannig mountain station, where you will find a checkpoint for you to scan your ski pass before setting off. The trail then leads down to Hannig valley station, where you scan your ski pass at another checkpoint and collect your well-earned points.

The Winter Hike can also be completed in combination with the Sledding discipline. Take the hike in reverse, setting off uphill from Hannig valley station to the end of the trail at Hannig mountain station checkpoint, then whizz back down into the valley on a sled and win points for Adrenaline Sledding too!

Attention: Winter hiking is not valid for times under 30 minutes.
