It is not for nothing that the Hannigberg is called the Sunny Mountain. Thanks to its south-facing position, it gets plenty of sun and offers spectacular views of the Saas mountains. These can be enjoyed in a variety of ways: on the sunny terrace of the mountain restaurant or on one of the spectacular hiking trails. For children there is plenty of fun and games to be had on the playground at the mountain restaurant, the fairy tale trail on the Mälchbodo or a visit to the goats on the Alpe Hannig.

Themed Trail "Eddie and Mountain Weather"

Discover the fascinating world of mountain weather!
Weather in the mountains is often very different from in the lowlands – more exciting, more changeable, and sometimes even a little mysterious.

On the new themed trail "Eddie and Mountain Weather", you'll explore eight interactive stations that explain various weather phenomena – from snow and wind to permafrost. Through an app, you’ll receive exciting explanatory videos, in-depth information for older children and adults, and quiz games to test your knowledge.

But it’s the physical game elements – like memory games or a snakes and ladders-style board – that truly make the trail an unforgettable experience for the whole family!
