In a playful way, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about chamois, ibex and, of course, our Saas marmots. There is no other place where you can experience the cute marmots as closely as here in the Saas Valley.

The treasure hunt starts with a walk towards the Stafelwald forest. Along the way, past the Schäferstube to the Stafelwald forest, wooden boxes are waiting to be explored at eight stations. Each box contains information about local Alpine animals. The animal treasure hunt covers a distance of 5 km and takes about two hours before it ends back at the tourist office. There it all depends on: Are the solution words correct? Will the treasure chest with the secret code open? Whoever cracks it can take home a special gift.
