Coronavirus - Current situation
Our live news inform you about the current situation in the destination Saas-Fee/Saas Valley.
As a result of the ordinance on 16 March 2020 by the Federal Government and the Canton of Valais, the exceptional situation now also applies to Saas-Fee/Saas Valley. On 14 March 2020 we have stopped all skiing operations, now all gastronomic establishments and shops (except grocery stores) are closing.
Below you will find the most important general information and please note that this is a new and exceptional situation for everyone. We can always only provide information according to our current state of knowledge. Some details are still unclear and will be gradually developed. We will make every effort to inform you as quickly and comprehensively as possible.
o The Saas-Fee/Saas Valley ski areas are closed until the end of the season.
o All gastronomic establishments and shops are closed.
o Hotels and all other forms of accommodation can remain open.
o The grocery stores, pharmacies, post office and banks will remain open.
o From 26 March, the bus timetable will be reduced to one bus per hour between Saas-Fee (Saas-Almagell) - Brig and vice versa. You can find the new timetable here: www.rro.ch/cms/content/342/documents/4989_News.pdf
o All events are cancelled up to and including 30 April 2020.

o For booking cancellations the individual cancellation conditions apply, please contact your provider directly.
o All bookings of ski tickets, fondue gondola, full moon skiing that have been made via the webshop and have not yet been redeemed can be carried over to the next season.
o The remaining days of a 6-day optional pass cannot be carried over to the next season. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
