Cheese making on the Hannigalp

Come to the Hannigalp above Saas-Fee, take a look over the shoulder of the local alpteam cheese makers as they go about their work and learn a lot of interesting about life on the Alp. Different pure goat's cheese are produced under traditional conditions with love and devoting. The Alpteam answers all your questions in German, French, Italian or English. At this cheese making you can, of course, taste and buy cheese and other dairy product.

Cheese making adults CHF 23.-, with Citizens' pass CHF 21.-
There are produced under traditional conditions, and sample a little alpine snack at the same time. If you like, you can also take part in the unique goat adoption scheme on the Hannigalp: find your very own goat to sponsor and you can visit it any time you like! In return for making a valuable and lasting contribution to sustainable Alpine farming, you'll also receive a block of aromatic cheese and a certificate.The acquisition of a sponsorship at any time, ie possible throughout the alp season.
