Top floor open plan living area with a stylish wooden beam

ceiling, a large wood burning fire, large comfortable sofa adjacent to a

well-equipped kitchen & breakfast bar and dining area seating 10. The top

floor leads on to one of two wrap around balconies where you can expect

spectacular views down the Saastal valley. 




Located in a quiet area of town it’s the perfect

place to escape after a busy day on the slopes. On the bottom floor you can

find a cosy and comfortable snug with an additional double sofabed sleeping two

and a spacious sauna and shower room to relax. 




Four bedrooms are found on the two middle floors

with the master bedroom having two floor to ceiling glass walls for breath

taking views and has a comfortable en-suite shower room. Next door is a twin

come double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and views across the valley. Another

two double bedrooms are found at ground level with patios doors leading onto

Chalet Sperling’s private garden – one of which also holds a large en-suite and

fitted wardrobes. 




All floors are connected by a wooden staircase.

Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day.

Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day.

Royal Alpine staff will collect this from you during your stay and will make the payment to the Tourist Office on your behalf.

To help make these arrangements, please provide full names, ages and passport details of all guests before arrival.

Check-in: from 16.00 , Check-out until 10.00

This chalet is managed by Royal

Alpine, a member of staff will be in contact with you prior to your stay for

key collection directions. Usually, a member of staff will greet you at the

apartment for key handover.

Facilities: Dishwasher, laundry facilities available, non-smoking house, pets not allowed, non-smokers, Alpin Express > 1000m, seniors, Microwave, families, W-Lan, Bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, satellite TV, use of clothes dryer, sauna, open fire-place
