In June 2012 the Free Republic of Holidays Saas-Fee will begin issuing all its (holiday) citizens with passports:

The Free Republic of Holidays has also successfully completed its first round of bilateral talks on behalf of its (holiday) citizens. Negotiations with leisure service providers outside the republic have resulted in deals that entitle citizens to a 20% discount during the summer or winter.

- Free use of all cableways and Postauto buses in the Saas Valley in summer
- A 10% discount on cableway tickets (including use of Postauto buses in the Saas Valley) in winter
- A year-round programme of activities and events for guests
